With You and the Rain anime announced 6 additional voice cast members ahead of its July premiere. Studio Lesprit will animate the show, with Tomohiro Tsukimisato as director, Ayano Owada as the character designer, and Toko Machida in charge of the series composition. Saori Hayami is leading the cast, while you can see the new additions below:

• Chafurin as Veterinarian

They have joined the main cast of:

• Saori Hayami as Fuji
• Yuna Kamakura as Mimi
• Satomi sato as Ren
• Yuzu Yumoto as kii ella krause

The With You and the Rain anime was announced in August 2024 and is adapting the manga by Ko Nikaido. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine seinen magazine since August 2020, with 7 volumes published as of September 5, 2024. Kodansha licensed the series in English, describing the story of the first volume:
If it looks like a dog and acts like a dog and insists it’s a dog, it’s…a dog? Probably? She adopted it anyway, and her life with this “dog” will never be boring!
